While working on Library of Dreams, a question emerged: If a dream can be materialized in a book, could it also be transferred or sold like a tangible possession?

I explored this idea within the context of a course on NFTs. In Korea, there is a tradition of buying and selling dreams, based on the belief that dreams carry meanings capable of influencing the future. According to this belief, a bad dream can be sold to get rid of it, or a good dream can be purchased to attract luck—even if the exchange occurs simply through verbal agreement.

Inspired by this cultural practice, I created dream sale contracts, each accompanied by a symbolic interpretation. These dreams were tokenized and placed on the blockchain as NFTs, available on the platform objekt.com. All of my contracts have been sold. Some are now even being resold… at ten times their original price.

To extend the experience, I send each buyer a physical letter accompanied by an NFC chip providing access to the NFT of the signed contract.
