Valerie
Jeyeon Yong
Valerie Jeyeon Yong is an artist and Master’s student in New Media at Aalto University. She holds a bachelor’s degree, the Diplôme National d’Art (DNA), from ESAD Orléans in France, where she graduated with the jury’s commendation (félicitations du jury).
Her current practice explores the intersection between artificial intelligence and dreams. Working across digital and interactive art, she uses emerging technologies to create playful, speculative, and thought-provoking experiences. Her work spans interactive web-based art, conceptual art, and digital experimentation, while gradually developing toward a more research-oriented approach.
